Ring

Step by Step:

1. Open Ring app on your phone
2. Click the 3 lines in the upper left hand corner to get to a large menu
3. Click Settings
4. Scroll down and click Users
5. Click Add User
6. Click Add Shared User
7. Enter the email address Patrolio gave you during the setup process (typically something like green.dragon@patrolio.com or blue.rhino@patrolio.com)
8. Select the Cameras to Share
9. Click Send Invite

That is it!  Patrolio should automatically receive the invite and start monitoring your cameras

Arlo

Step by Step:

1. Open Arlo App
2. Click Settings lower left hand corner
3. Click Grant Access
4. Click Add
5. Enter first name: Patrolio and last name: Guard
6. Enter the email address Patrolio gave you during the setup process (typically something like green.dragon@patrolio.com or blue.rhino@patrolio.com)
7. Select the outside cameras to share
8. Set Allow Access Rights on
9. Click Send Invite

That is it!  Patrolio should automatically receive the invite and start monitoring your cameras
